Beall Fowler

I’m a physics professor emeritus from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

After some exposure to Shute in high school in Honesdale, PA (The Chequer Board) and later with On the Beach, only many years later after I read Slide Rule and the Challenger shuttle subsequently exploded did I become a full-blown Shutist

I have had the honor and privilege to have participated in all of the international gatherings and to have presented talks at a number of them. My late wife Linny and I have four children and thirteen grandchildren.
